Every person who worked there was extremely helpful and kind ! The rooms were very clean ! As a matter of fact, the entire facility was very clean . I spoke to the social worker on the second floor and she was extremely kind ! She listened to what I had to discuss with her and she never rushed me out !

My mother in law is happy. I must say that it's so comforting. They do care about her. The staff from entry to exting was very professional and kind. They do not mess around with there patients. I am very confident that they care for everyone in that rehab. Thank you for taking care of my mother inlaw. Its a beautiful thing..

Very unorganized, unprofessional and understaff. They let my mother sit in her waste for 4 hours. They had her facing the wall crying. When she asked for help to use the bathroom one of the nurses told her your legs don't work how do you have to use the bathroom. She told another person working there that her chest was hurting and she couldn't breathe and he told her just go to sleep and ignored her crying in pain all night. They lost all of her clothes and when we went looking around we found her coat in another patient's room her stuff still missing. You complain to the upper people and they act like they care, but then when you see them several times after they act like they don't know you. We got her several phone chargers and they all came up missing, they take her food away before she even gets a chance to eat then lie and say my family told them to throw it out Meanwhile we're the ones that asked them to put it away. I suggest that if you want your loved one taken care of properly you don't bring them here. Medical neglect is what this place is they made my Mom miss an appointment. They're lazy all they do is walk around running their mouths when you come they act like they're so nice but that's not the story I'm told by the actual person thats supposed to be taken care of. My mother literally calls me every single day me and my brothers every single day crying because those people are very neglectful and they don't care about their job and they don't want to do their job

I am pleasantly surprised after trying to find a place for my mum, Westchester Nursing care accepted her into their memory care unit. Ms. Gal from admissions was compassionate and understanding. From the main lobby to each floors, it matched what they promoted. All the staff are caring friendly and clean. Kamini Bishoo

All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. A freind of mine was transferred there yesterday after a hip replacement. I look forward to visiting at least 3 /wk. He will be in good hands, and get the physical therapy needed.
