The staff were so welcoming, the environment very clean and they care for the residents with love and compassion.

This place is horrible!!! Send your loved one somewhere else because they steal and do not care about the residents. It smells like feces and urine. The temperature in the establishment is easily 80+ degrees. The staff care more about themselves than the residents. I brought my mother a CHRISTMAS present that was stolen. The bookmark that i gave her was stolen, the hearing aids ($6,000) were lost. Her clothes were lost, every 2 weeks I would go to visit, she had different clothes each time. My mother cannot speak, walk or hear. Her major stroke incapacitated her and they had the nerve to tell me she lost these items. She has no mobility on the right side of her body and needless to say is confined to a wheelchair. They act as if they are concerned but show otherwise. They raised the price $1000 a month and did not bother to inform me of this increase only to bill me and tell me I need to pay in full the remaining monthly bill.

I visited the facility and attended a Christmas party for the residents and I tell you the staff and the residents are so awesome 👌
