Today is a very happy and meaningful day for me and my entire family. My father, who is 78 years old, was officially discharged from in-home health services after hip replacement surgery. His recovery took a significant toll on our family, especially on my mother. As a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience, I understood the pressure and challenges my parents were facing—but West Coast Valley Home Health truly took every detail under control. Their deep concern, professionalism, and understanding of patient needs made a tremendous difference in my father’s recovery journey. The health professionals from West Coast Valley Home Health worked with him for several weeks, assisting with showering, walking, and continuously encouraging him to work harder every day. At the beginning, my father was hesitant to take steps even with a walker due to pain and balance issues. However, thanks to the skilled and compassionate professionals, his confidence steadily improved. He progressed from walking with a walker to walking independently with a cane—something that once felt impossible to him. As both a daughter and a registered nurse, I can confidently say that the care provided was exceptional. The team treated my father with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness, while also supporting our family during a very stressful time.
