This facility in West Bend has been caring for my mother since 2020 and over the course of her time there the care has gotten better and better. The ladies in activities, Whitney, Michelle and others jump through all kinds of hoops to work out Facetime and zoom calls whenever I have been out of state. I am truly grateful they have been able to get us through the last few years. -Adelheid,"Heidi" S.

My mom recently moved into Assisted Living in West Bend and she could not be more thrilled. Nor could we. It can be a frightening and difficult transition for the individual and for families and i have been constantly impressed with the level of care, compassion and graciousness that has been shown. Mom says all the time how well she is taken care of and in only a matter of weeks she considers it her home that she is very comfortable in. She says the food is great as well along with all the activities that are there for her to choose from.
