This facility offers a respite stay for patients who are in home hospice. This is a blessing for both the patient and the full-time home caregiver!! I believe that the real strength of this facility is in the following areas: *Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. *When you enter the facility, it has a warm, family friendly vibe. *You are notified if there are any concerns. Your information and input are welcome. *Wellspring is located in a residential neighborhood environment, which again gives it a welcoming home style atmosphere. --Beautiful landscaping, bright colorful flowers, carefully manicured lawn, which demonstrates the degree that they care about the facility. *When you're looking for a nursing care facility, I recommend you schedule a tour. I think you'll see what I'm talking about. Best wishes for you and your loved one.

When you need assistance you don’t have to wait a long time, and people are friendly when assisting. The food is pretty good. This is the first place I have ever had true rehab. They allow frequent visitors which is nice.

All of the staff that I had contact with were awesome! They are very attentive and knowledgeable. I’ve had some poor experiences with different doctors and facilities but not here. The staff is actually empathetic, understanding, and on top of things. I would recommend them to anyone! After my hip replacement and leg surgery in a few weeks if physical therapy is ordered I’ll definitely be going back here.

When my Husband Rodolpho Fitchett was admitted to Wellsprings Lutheran in Frankenmuth , the aides and nurses were able to answer all of my questions . They registered all of his belongings and took the time to let the other person that washes his clothes and label his name on them. They even asked me if I wanted to take his clothes home I said no I trust you’s. We had a meeting sometime two weeks ago I got to meet with the nurse, Nurtionist and Physical Therapy and the OP. The Director was also there they had explained everything about what they’re trying to get him to accomplish for him to get his strength back and to come home. And that’s why if you have a loved one this is the place to bring him too. If you have any questions just ask them there here to help.
