Our loved one has been richly blessed with great love and care by Birch Run Fields & Grand Blanc Fields! Our family is thrilled with Hope and all of the caregivers as they provide kindness and attentiveness to all of his needs. We absolutely recommend this team to all who are touring A.L. homes… this should be your first appointment! You will agree!

The manger Hope is amazing. She goes above and beyond to solve issues. I don’t care what assisted living facility you go to you will have some issues but it’s what the staff does to correct the issue.. that’s what counts! Hope treats everyone with respect and dignity!

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living center. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and compassion from the staff. They treat every resident like family with patience, respect, and genuine kindness. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and full of life, with activities that keep residents engaged and happy.<br><br>The nursing and caregiving team go above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs are met, and communication with families is excellent. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such capable and caring hands.<br><br>If you’re looking for a place where your family member will be treated with dignity and love, this is the right place.

It’s the best place for your loved one, home cooked meals, amazing staff that cares for each and everyone of the residents, clean and feels just like being at home. Hope who is the director is top notch she loves the residents like they are her own family!!!!

My mom has been living at this assisted living community, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care, kindness, and love she receives every single day. From the moment we first visited, we could tell this was a special place — clean, welcoming, and full of life. The staff truly care about each resident like family.<br><br>A huge shout-out to Hope, the director, who goes above and beyond for everyone. She’s compassionate, attentive, and always available to answer questions or lend support. You can tell she leads by example — her warmth and positivity shine through in everything the team does.<br><br>My mom feels safe, loved, and engaged, and that peace of mind means the world to our family. I can’t thank this community (and especially Hope!) enough for creating such a wonderful home for her.
