I toured Altura Villas while helping my cousin find a 55+ community, and we had a great experience. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Yvonne was very helpful and took the time to answer all our questions. She made the process easy and welcoming. I highly recommend Altura.

Came by Altura Villas with a friend who’s starting to look into 55+ communities, and this one really stood out to us. It has a calm, well-kept feel that you notice right away. Yvonne made the visit super easy, very down to earth and informative without being pushy at all.

I recently toured Altura Villas while helping my mom look for a comfortable and welcoming 55+ community, and I was genuinely impressed. The property is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained, which immediately stood out to us. Yvonne, the property manager, was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in the community. The atmosphere felt safe and inviting, and we could easily picture my parents feeling right at home here. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into managing this property. Highly recommend Altura Villas to anyone looking for a quality 55+ community for their loved ones!

The Altura Villas Senior Apartments are beautiful with all new modern upgrades, including a washer dryer,all new appliances and a walk in shower to make Senior Living easier. They are very well maintained . The courtyards make for a beautiful private area. I feel safe living here.
