Angelic Caregiving (especially Esme, Rosa & Citlali) gave our family peace of mind during a difficult time. They were there for our loved one every step of the way and even traveled with us on family vacations so we could enjoy time away from home with our entire family. I cannot recommend Angelic Caregiving highly enough. Esmeralda and her entire team provided exceptional care for my dad during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the moment they began caring for him, they treated him with genuine compassion, dignity, and kindness. Every detail was thoughtful, and it was clear they truly cared about his comfort and well-being. Esmeralda incorporated calming essential oils, including beautiful lavender and custom blends, into his personal care, making his bed baths and daily care incredibly soothing. My dad absolutely loved it, and it brought him so much comfort. Esmeralda also provided overnight care, which allowed me to finally get much-needed sleep after weeks of hospital stays and sleepless nights. Knowing my dad was in such caring and capable hands gave me incredible peace of mind. Everything she and her team did was above and beyond. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine compassion made an immeasurable difference for both my dad and our family. I will always be grateful for the love and support they gave us during such an important time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Esmeralda and Angelic Caregiving to anyone looking for compassionate, dependable, and truly exceptional caregivers. Esmeralda was so helpful in a difficult situation for a friend taking her father home on hospice. A caregiving agency had fallen through. I called Esmeralda who was very responsive and shared of her holistic approach with essential oils. I connected her to my friend and Angelic Caregiving got set up right away to support my friend’s needs. I learned from my friend Esmeralda was truly an angel and helped support the comfortable passing of my friend’s father at home. I would highly recommend Esmeralda’s company to anyone seeking a responsive professional who is caring, compassionate and experienced.

Angelic Caregiving is simply an A+! Esmeraldo Santiago, the founder/owner, is AMAZING! Super caring, conscientious, collaborative, and professional. She was able to find and deliver an outstanding caregiver, V, who has memory care experience for my 90 year old mom with dementia. V brings artwork activities like painting and coloring; performs reading comprehension exercises; uses Legos, etc. to help facilitate fine motor skills; etc; etc. In the past, we had another company help with mom. Over a two week period, we had 9 different caregivers come to our home. Absolutely no consistency. Plus, 4 of them showed up 30 to 40 minutes late. Most would just sit and hardly do any type of activities with mom. Ugh! But Esmeraldo has figured it all out. Talk about overdelivering and exceeding our expectations! If you need a caregiver, you won't be disappointed with Angelic Caregiving. We give Esmeraldo and her team our strongest possible recommendation. Bless you!

this is one of those rare organizations where you can feel the heart behind everything they do. the way they care for seniors and individuals with special needs goes far beyond meeting basic needs, they honor each person’s life, story, and individuality. that level of compassion and respect is felt in every interaction. Esmeralda, the owner, leads with such warmth and intention, and her team follows her example beautifully. it’s not just about caregiving, it’s about building real relationships and creating meaningful moments. from the care they give in homes to the events they organize for seniors in the community, they’re fully invested. all heart, through and through. i often find myself wishing my abuelita were here and not in Mexico City, because i’d trust Angelic Caregiving with her care without hesitation. they truly make a difference.
