I normally don’t post reviews, but I had toMy mom is located here. The place is OK but the second floor does not answer the phone and they are very rude. Sometimes even the receptionist can be rude how do you tell someone that is calling about their loved one that you are busy They need to revamp the second floor and receptionist

I want to take a moment to thank the team at Wayne Center for the excellent care they provided to my mom. From day one, the treatment was kind, respectful, and full of compassion. As a family member, knowing she was in good hands meant everything to me. The staff was not only professional, but also very attentive and supportive with me, always keeping me informed and making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. You can truly tell they care about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nursing home where their loved ones will be treated with dignity, patience, and genuine care. I am very grateful for everything they did for both of us. The social worker is a very kind and respectful person, especially someone named Marilyn; she is a good human being with a big heart. If I ever needed to place my mom in a rehabilitation center again, I would definitely choose Wayne Center. I am infinitely grateful. Thanks.

My mother was a patient at the Wayne Center, she is being discharged today 2/20/2026. I am very pleased with the care that she received. The staff was very caring and compassionate. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a nursing home for their loved ones. A big shout out to the Social Worker Ms. Whyte and the 3rd and 6th floor staff.

I want to thank the Staff and Administration of the Wayne Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation for caring for my brother. My brother has been a patient since beginning of November and he has shown so much more progressed in a short period of time here versus his last facility. The staffing members (including Social Services and Admins) are extremely professional, kind and caring. The nursing and respiratory staff are EXCEPTIONALLY AMAZING!!!! They truly make you feel like your loved one is theirs! The facility is always well kept and cleaned. Any time I call for Dr. Daniels, he always returns my calls eagerly answering any questions and/or concerns I may have. They are very honest with the family pertaining to the patient's care. They are very forthcoming and open with the patient's treatment plan and progression. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for ANY of your family needs! My 89 yr old mom was recently moved there for Rehabilitation after a nasty blood infection. I found The Wayne to be a very clean and bright facility, the patients i observed looked clean and well cared for the nurses are so nice, personable, and helpful, - treat you like family with genuine concern for their patients. Only good vibes. Moving my Brother, who had a cerebral stroke last year from his current Nursing home/rehab to The Wayne - I trust the Wayne to give him the proper care he needs.
