One complate I have is I asked to speak to my mom. I was able to do so. But on the way the person taking the phone to my mom, I heard her say another long trip to give my mom a phone. Absolutely uncalled for. If you can't walk down a hallway to hand my mom a phone, maybe you should find another job.

I recently visited The Waters of Wabash, where my grandmother is staying, and I was thoroughly impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff, particularly Logan. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered. His helpfulness and genuine concern for my grandmother’s well-being really stood out, and it gave our family a sense of comfort knowing she is in good hands. I highly recommend this facility.

The staff working at the Water’s were great and trying their best but the management is poor. My mom was sent there for rehab after a fall and never saw a physical therapist in person. She only worked with a physical therapist assistant. Technically she saw a PT via computer once but the connection was poor and kept cutting out and my mom could not hear with the computer. PT was often rushed and we felt they only had 20 minutes to spend with my mom every day. My mom probably could have gone home sooner if facility was better staffed. I would not recommend. Also, I don’t think staff working at the waters should be posting 5 star reviews. This is biased and falsely raising the average star ratings. These should be removed.
