I have a really good friend that has care with this company. His helpers take really good care of him. They’re so friendly. The office scheduling ladies Kalya and Tina are very friendly and helpful to talk to about his schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They sent someone to help with my granddad. He passed away in December of last year (10 months ago) She is still coming around and charging a nice fee. She now has possession of my grandpa's car. When I called they acted like it's not a big deal and actually said to me that it's "not their responsibility to know how their employees get to work." This makes me wonder how many others she is "helping"

staff is shady at best. My mother in laws helper was asked to help with her cell not ringing. (Only needed volume turned up. The "helper" decided to create a pin for my T-Mobile account and claimed to be me. The "helper" then proceeded to look through all our account information, billing and payment info. I was alerted by text message about changes that I authorized. I called and was informed and I had to undo the changes made. I called HR to complain and was just brushed off. I live in another state. My mil is on my plan. I've had to change and block access to my account. The helper should NEVER should have done this The "helper" should be terminated.

This company has treated my father in law with so much care and concern for his well being. Spending time with him, helping him do things around his house that helps make him feel valuable and strong and for a 90 year old nan this is important. Thank you
