While there are some who care that work there, most don't. I personally witnessed 3 instances of a patient being left in more pain because of the staff after asking for help. How is it that this company makes so much money but uses none of it to put care/maintenance into their facilities? Why can't they adequately staff any of these facilities? This place is falling apart. Mistakes by staff are addressed with hostility when raising any concern. Patients are not checked on throughout the night. This isn't how people should have to live some of their final years.
