When my mother needed unexpected rehab The Waters was communicative and transparent along our journey. Nurse Linda and the Social Services Director Kacey were two employees who stood out during this stay. While my mother was appreciative of Linda, I was even more thankful for Kacey for assisting with transportation and resources for in home PT/OT. It’s a great smaller facility that puts the patients needs first.

The Waters of Middletown staff are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond the call of duty for their residents. The building is a warm and cozy family like environment. The halls are full of laughter and love. I encourage everyone to stop by and take a tour. There is a reason this Nursing facility is 5 stars!

I am part of a ministry team that conducts a weekly service for the residents. As such, we have contact with residents in their rooms in addition to services. I am amazed by the quality of care the staff provide and their loving treatment of everyone. The rooms are clean and safe, such wonderful care! Praise to the dear staff and their commitment to the people!

I come on Saturday mornings and preach to the residence. We have church and every time I’m there the staff people are very kind to the residence. They act like they care about them. The place is very clean and neat and I just want to give middletown Waters an A+ keep up the good work!
