The Waters of Bristol has meant a lot to our family over the years. My grandfather was there before COVID, so when my father reached the point where we could no longer provide the level of care he needed at home, it felt natural to turn to a place our family already knew and trusted.

There are a lot of new faces since my grandfather was there, but the feeling of the place hasn’t changed. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and they genuinely seem to care about the people they’re taking care of.

It means a lot to me that the same place that cared for my grandfather is now caring for my dad. We’re very thankful for the people at The Waters of Bristol and the care they give him.

Amber went above and beyond in caring for my Nana at this facility. She treated her with so much kindness, compassion, and respect, and it brought our family so much comfort knowing she was in such capable hands.

Amber was always attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about my Nana’s well-being. She took the time to make her feel loved when we could not be there and cared for, and that meant more to us than words can express. It’s clear that she has a true passion for what she does, and it shows in every interaction.

Thank you, Amber, for the exceptional care you provided. You made a difficult time easier for our family, and we will always be grateful for your dedication and compassion. The Waters of Bristol is fortunate to have someone as wonderful as you on their team.

I can't say enough about the staff! Everyone is respectful and kind to the patients and long-term residents. Thank you to the sweet, hardworking night shift CNA who made my mom feel comfortable when she was admitted last night. We feel at peace with leaving our mom at this facility for rehabilitation and look forward to bringing her home soon!
