There are not enough kind words to describe the care my dad received at the Waterford!<br>Going to memory care was hard but the kindness they showed eased the stress of the move.They cared for my Dad as if he was their own Grandpa. The staff will be our forever friends!! If you are looking for a memory facility for a loved one don’t hesitate to come here!!<br>Jura, Kami, Brooklyn, Kelly and Eli are the best!!

A huge shout out to Jura and staff! Mom enjoyed her time at The Waterford where she was treated with dignity and compassion. They were also very welcoming to family. It is set up like a home setting and is very comfortable. We are very grateful for the care she received during her stay there and at the time of her passing. Would definitely recommend.

Jura and her staff are amazing!! They treated my mom, and all the residents, with kindness, dignity and compassion. They truly care about the residents and their families! The atmosphere is calm and has a feeling of home. My family will be forever grateful to the Waterford for the exceptional care our mom received and the compassion they showed her and our family at the time of her passing.

Every member of the team made her feel supported, valued, and genuinely cared for, not just as a resident but as part of their family. Jura, in particular, was a true blessing, and I will be forever thankful for the love and dedication shown to my grandmother. Knowing she was surrounded by such a supportive and caring team brought our family so much comfort. Wilderness Hills will always hold a special place in our hearts.
