the numbering system for the buildings is very unorthodox I was looking for apartment 1205 I found it on the second floor of building 3 they told me at the front desk it was building 3 I walked outside turned looked at the building and it said right there building four and it gave all these apartment numbers 4,000 through 4200 for somebody that's delivering things to an address this place is a freaking nightmare.

My folks currently live here and the property is well maintained and clean. They downsized from a home to one of Watercrest’s villas, then downsized again into one of their two bedroom apartments. I’m impressed with the amenities that are offered and that each unit has their own garage. Now, I’m not sure if that is an extra feature, but I like that they have a safe place to park their car. The entire property is safe and it’s located at the end of a road, so when there is traffic, it’s slow. The pond and dog run are an added bonus. The path around the pond is great for a scenic walk. There is also a cafeteria that allowed my folks to socialize and build a community. There are daily and weekly events, a game area, a movie room and a pool, that we recently discovered. There’s also a garden on part of the property where the tenants have grown plenty of veggies and some berries. I would recommend this place for the amenities, the community, and location. It allows for independent living with the option of some assistance while being in close proximity to a sister facility for those who progress to needing more assistance. The staff are friendly and helpful.
