I take my mother who has dementia here for respite when it is the only option. The staff does not seem to really care about the people who are staying here long term or short. If your family member is staying here check on them often

Warrenton Health & Rehab Center has provided excellent care for my uncle. The facility is always clean, well‑organized, and truly focused on supporting residents’ daily needs. My uncle has required 24/7 care since 2012, and during that time he has been in three other facilities that simply did not meet the standard of care we’ve experienced here. The team at Warrenton goes above and beyond. Their timely communication and consistent updates give our family real peace of mind. We always feel informed and confident that he is receiving the attention and compassion he deserves. I’m grateful for the dedication of the staff and highly recommend this facility to families seeking quality long-term care.

The management at Warrenton woods has a problem with allowing people to park in handicap parking places that are not permitted to do so. When approached with the problem they acted very belligerent an ignorant and did nothing about it.. the city police had to be involved ...that's the type of people that are running this place

I am very pleased with the service my family member received at Warrenton Health & Rehab! I would also like to recognize Mr. Frails who is the Social Service Director & Activity Director, since he has been apart of the establishment, there is a new spark of happiness among the patients! He is very dedicated to making the patients happy, he is super friendly and puts on great activity events for the patients and his cake walk he did a few months ago.. oh my goodness, those cakes were DELICIOUS!! Keep up the good work Mr. Frails and Warrenton Health and Rehab!

The staff truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and well cared for. The communication with families is great, they keep us updated and involved. It gives me peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such good hands. WHRC Rocks 💙💛
