In today’s world, when you find caring people making a difference it is worth taking the time to write a review to thank them. My aunt was at a different nursing home and was not getting quality care. We moved her to Warrensburg Manor Care, August 2023 and she passed March 2024. I was my aunt’s caregiver and you struggle with the decision of having to place your family member in a nursing facility, and which one, especially hearing so many horrible stories. I do not know if you will ever find a nursing facility with a 100% satisfaction, as everyone’s views will be different. WMC is an older facility in need of some up-dates, but it is very clean, it was the care I was concerned with. I give WMC SIX stars (one extra)! Over the six months, I was at WMC at least 3-5 times a week at different hours. From day one, I can tell you the staff was AWESOME! My aunt needed a little (mostly a lot) of extra TLC 😊 and they loved her regardless! I know I was a pain, 😕 making sure my aunts needs were being met, but they were ALWAYS kind, encouraging, went out of their way to be helpful, caring, and loving to me also! I always felt they took excellent care of her, no matter what hour or situation, they called to give me up-dates. They didn’t hide or cover up situations, they were honest and up front. The office staff were ALL AWESOME! From Becky who signed you in and pleasantly answered the phone no matter how many times you called. Jennifer (Jenny) Administrator, as others posted from day one, all hands on doing anything and everything, making sure the staff was doing their jobs and was right there helping them! She took or returned your call, her door was always open for you to ask any questions, was in my aunts room often checking on her and me to see if we needed anything. She even let me use her computer to type a letter! Shandra, Office Manager, on top of it, and knowledgeable and helpful on paperwork. Lisa, Social Services, very helpful even when she was busy, she took time, to help with any situation. Stephanie, Dietary Manager, was in my aunts room one day when I got there, just to check on her and give her a hug and made sure my aunt got her favorite cereal in the mornings on her table that I brought in. Amber (I believe) Activities, always helpful, smiling, and has a heart for the Manor family. All very good communicators and I believe most of them have been there for many years, which says they enjoy their jobs and not a continual turn over, especially in today’s society. There are some NURSES who are TRULY SPECIAL, and using their God given abilities to care for the elderly and right where they should be, which is not by any means an easy job! My aunt had several, who truly loved on her, if you happen to be reading this, you know who you are! Kitchen, maintenance and house keeping also wonderful! WE ALL need to be so GRATEFUL and take the time to STOP and instead of voicing negativity, ENCOURAGE AND THANK THEM! Are any prefect, no, none of us are, in our time of need they were all AWESOME! THANK YOU ALL! TRULY APPRECIATE AND GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR AUNT SHERRY and us! 💜 On those hard days, continue to smile, with love and may God bless you abundantly! “Work hard and cheerfully at whatever you do, as through you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and the Master you are serving is Christ.” Colossians 3:23-24 All God’s blessings, Paul & Wendy

The new administrator is awesome! She makes it her business to know what her staff is doing to care for residents and makes sure everyone is cared for properly. I had numerous issues while the previous administrator was there but now I'm very happy with the way my mother is cared for and confident that all is being done in her best interest. A very clean and well run facility.
