I met with Jennifer Dunn-Jones in the Warrensburg office on 6/16/2026. She was one of the most helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant persons I have ever met. I was extremely impressed. She is the best face of American Home Patient (Lincare) that the company could have.

I picked up a new cpap machine last Friday. I had a question so I called today and Cassie was very polite and answered my questions. I’ve been to them before and have always been treated well.

What an Awful office. I have been trying to have patience, but 30 days has passed and after a few phone calls and messages left, someone from the headquarters finally informed me what happened. The local office deleted the medical prescription order without ever contacting me about it. No one at the office can pick up the phone. I had the script moved to a different company and that company will ship it immediately. What a horrible experience, no thank you.
