That less then two overall really does speak for itself.<br>I call to ask a question. Line picks up yet just silent until I say hello. No formal greeting of location, whom I'm speaking with or really any information at all.<br>Was told to speak with the office manager. When asked whom I'd be speaking with "the office manager" was the reply.<br>After a 2nd go I finally got a name. Still couldn't tell ya who answered the phone though.
