My mom is currently there for so called rehab, at first I gave them the benefit of the doubt, however I and another family member have seen them not doing anything they leave them don't help, the food I wouldn't feed to my dog, I bring my mom, almost every meal. I'm trying to take my mom out by next week, do not put your family member there, its so disheartening!

Great care giving to my mom, the rehab is going perfectly. The nurses and the nurses aide’s are very caring especially Sandy! She goes above and beyond helping my mom and all the patients in the rehabilitation section.

RUN! In September 2024 my MIL spent 2 miserable weeks in their nursing home. We couldn't get her out of there fast enough! Two people are crammed into tiny rooms built for one individual. Hey, double the money! They are grossly understaffed and the smell of urine and feces assail you as you enter the building. She was not showered for EIGHT days after being admitted until I questioned the schedule. Urine soaked clothing was repeatedly left on her bed, the tiny bathroom was shared with 4 people. She was unable to stand without her walker and the people who brought meals repeatedly left it out of her reach which was a huge safety issue. The young man at the front desk is surly and watched me struggle bringing in boxes and didn't even hold the door. There are some good, kind people working there, but they are fighting an uphill battle. I have NO idea how this place has.a 4.5 rating. It is the second worst nursing home I've been in over the last 40 years. Find another place that takes Medicaid, but don't go here! Try St. Clare's in Newport or Franklin Court in Bristol. People out of state who are relying on reviews, beware!

I was a patient here during thAngel's! Only thing id like to add to this testimony is that when I rang that bell and was scared to death, they ran ti me pandemic. I was literally on the verge of death and had active abdominal infections due to 2 back to back surgeries. Also had to deal with an ileostomy. Scared to death and then locked down. My family was unable to visit and my depression was beyond depression. Scared, alone, dying. These people gave me such comfort and took such good care of me, I could never say more good about them. They where one of the only facilities that where also covid free. Which BTW would have killed me in the state I was in. I owe my life to them. Dedicated, caring, sypathic, empathetic, qualified nurses. I will be forever in their debt. I never fully recovered from my experience due to my abdominal surgeries, but I do know I would have never survived it, had it not been for the care I was given. I also saw the compassion they gave to the other patients in their care. I was probably the youngest in the facility, but they treated all their patients with the same care and compassion. True Angels!

This nursing facility definitely receives a 5 star rating from us. My husband, Ray, spent over two months there and we were treated like family. He was given excellent nursing care and his rehab team was dedicated to helping him reach all his goals. The CNA's were always there when you needed them. We are very thankful for all they did for us. The OConnell's
