Our family has had a very, very positive experience with the nurses and OTs, and Physical Therapists of VNA, Maryland. The communication to me, especially with me living out of state, and with the primary care provider have been beyond expectations. One of the nurses in particular really did some serious thinking about some of my mother's issues and solved a big one. She answered my off-the-wall and out of hours questions, did great and sensitive education on managing an illness, and made a huge difference in how I advocated for my mother. I really don't think she would have had the good outcome she did without VNA and these great nurses.

We had a good experience here in our brief use of their services. The nurse in charge of my moms care Brooke was so caring and kind, and the OT and PT therapists were gentle and amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom before she passed.

Absolutely the worst service. They simply stopped coming after the intake visit and one visit where I called for assistance. In that case no one would answer the phone and I had to track down the nurse myself. There were two calls to my husband's phone (he had a trach and could not talk - they were repeatedly told to call my phone) and no follow up. They were contacted twice by the insurance company and promised to call me. They did not. I called and spoke to a manager who promised to "investigate" and get back to me. That was several weeks ago. Thankfully my husband has fully recovered under my care. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They do not care about patients but I am sure collected payment from the insurance company.
