I had a wonderful experience with Vivian Healthcare Center. The staff was friendly and professional, made my dad feel welcome right away, and provided excellent customer service in a clean, organized environment. I especially appreciate the care and quality Richida Shepard put into her work. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great care for their loved one. Thank you all kindly

Loved the environment of the area that the building was located, nice and clean on the inside and rooms of the buiding, love how they incorporate the holiday in decor.... the staff was wonderful, helpful and kind with my loved one especially the Social Worker Mrs. Richida....if anyone needed advise on where to put their loved one who needs personal care, i would definitely tell them about this facility!!!

I don’t know what I would do if Vivian Healthcare and the exceptional staff were not in existence! My mother is an Alzheimer’s patient and unable to communicate or move. Vivian Healthcare is the absolute best! The staff communicates with me regarding my mother’s care. I get updates on the regular. Whenever I visit, and no matter the time, my mother smells good, her room is clean and her curtains are washed. The building may be a little old, but the rooms and grounds are well kept. Special thank you to the best social worker, Richida Carroll!! Along with the others, Shirley, Eunice, Tina, Heather and Frida, just to name a few, you all rock! Keisha, thank you for keeping my mother looking fresh and clean all the time. You all work so hard and I appreciate all of you. If you have a family member that needs care, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!! I HIGHLY recommend Vivian Healthcare and I will let everyone know that!!!

Everytime I walk into Vivian healthcare it reminds me of when I was a little boy visiting my grandma’s house the aroma of the good food cooking in the kitchen. Walking up the hall way and noticing how shinny the floors are and clean everything looks. Along the way everyone I pass welcoming me, saying hello and how are you. This place has to be the friendliest place in town I love it.
