Vitality Living Lake Forest

Vitality Living Lake Forest is an assisted living and memory care community in Sanford, Florida, located on an eight-acre campus just minutes from downtown Sanford, the Seminole Mall, and nearby Orlando and Mount Dora.

The community provides assisted living for seniors who need assistance with activities of daily living, as well as specialized memory care neighborhoods designed for those with mild to severe cognitive impairment, including Alzheimer's and dementia. Assisted Living residents receive support while maintaining independence, while Memory Care residents benefit from 24-hour assistance and care tailored to individual needs. The community partners with Powerback Rehab for physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services.

Amenities include spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, three chef-prepared meals daily served in a dining room, housekeeping and maintenance services, a well-stocked library, family room, café/bistro, furnished balconies, and outdoor areas with large windows providing natural light throughout. The community offers a variety of social events, outings, and daily engagement activities designed to support cognitive function and independence.

Memory Care neighborhoods feature an advanced AI technology program in partnership with EyeWatch Live to enhance resident safety, particularly overnight monitoring. The program earned an Argentum Best of the Best Award for 2024. Staff includes Memory Care Directors, Medication Technicians, Engagement Coordinators, and nurses on-site 24 hours a day, with typical staffing ratios of one staff member to eight to twelve residents in Memory Care.

Assisted Living residents may transition to Memory Care if their needs change. The community serves three meals daily and accommodates alternative menus for dietary needs.
