Some of the most caring staff that I have seen in a nursing home! They really do go over and beyond for their patients and their families. my review is coming from experience after I had to move my mother from a nursing home where she was being completely neglected. JR and all of the staff over exceed all of my expectations. Thank you for your hard work!

First off !!!! lol I would like to say how fabulous Ms. Lyn is at this amazing facility. If above and beyond was a person it would be MRS. LYN!!!. (I wish I had a microphone, this would be a drop the microphone situation lol) continuation, she just helpful, energetic, very knowledgeable about the facility, extremely nice with the staff and every individual that resides there. I also was able to come in contact with a couple of the staff there and they’re amazing as well.. To all that works here keep up the amazing, excellent, fabulous WORK!! Pat yourself on the back, you guys are doing and done great. Lolll 😊 EVERYONE DESERVES A RAISE!!! 😊

My 80 year old dad fell and broke his hip .. after his hospitalization, he was transferred to this facility.. the facility is old, but I can overlook that, the physical therapist or occupational therapist worked with him daily, the food was not terrible. But I was extremely disappointed that the staff let my dad lay in bed and didn’t get him out unless the therapist was there, they didn’t offer any oral care while in the bed or see if he needed to get up .. they put a diaper on him at night and then the aide told him they don’t have time to keep changing him. He was never offered a shower. He can walk. He was unable to navigate the urinal at night while in bed and therefore he soiled the bed.. the aide yelled at him again the next morning. I feel bad for those that patients who don’t have advocates.. getting yelled at or reprimanded for soiling a bed .. he also developed a bedsore for being in the bed x 3 weeks … patients deserve better

My brother was in there for a few weeks of rehab. The place was clean,staff was very friendly. He said the food was not bad. The patient could sign out and go outside with a family member and get sunshine and fresh air. The rehab department was very good on getting my brother back on his feet and more stable to go home. The counselor, and management staff were very good, answering any questions I had. This is not a 5 star hotel. But the services they offer help people.
