All the staff in this location are very attentive to my mom's needs. I would like a single out Janice, who works the Front Desk, who always has a smile on her face and very helpful with any problem or contact that is needed. It's always great to have such an exceptional person be the first contact to your facility. Your company is very lucky to have her.

Absolutely horrible. My mother was flat out neglected and treated poorly by the staff. We moved her out of the facility.

My mother has lived at Vitality Living in Columbia, SC, for one year now. I am very impressed with the personal attention she receives. The staff has gotten to know my mother as a person. She is not 'just' another resident there. My mother has communicated to me and my siblings that "the people here really care about me". And I see the evidence myself, as I watch the interactions between the staff and my mother. I am so grateful!
