As a third-party vendor who has been coming to this community for years, I’ve had the opportunity to see it through many different phased, and the change in leadership recently has been nothing short of remarkable. The difference is noticeable the moment you walk through the doors. The atmosphere feels lighter, brighter, and more welcoming. The staff now carry a sense of pride and positivity that wasn’t always there before. You can truly tell they want to be here, and that energy flows throughout the entire building. The management team has clearly set a strong, supportive tone that reflects in both the team’s morale and the overall environment. It’s refreshing to witness such a positive transformation. This community is moving in a great direction, and it shows in every interaction and every visit.

I had a great experience during my tour. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about what they do and the people they serve. The management team was just as impressive organized, attentive, and very knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and created a positive, inviting atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I left feeling confident about the quality of care and leadership here.

LaRonda has been so wonderful helping us during a stressful situation. My father just arrived and she has been giving me updates and photos. She’s helped us through the admission process and has been very understanding and supportive. I’m hopeful my father settles in quickly and adjusts. Thank you so much!

We are thrilled to have found Mill Creek Manor for my aging father. The staff and care teams have shown him exceptional care and support, have been extremely responsive, compassionate, and caring toward our whole family as our father adjusts to this transition of no longer being able to live alone. We were worried he would hate assisted living. In fact, he once told us he would “never go,” and yet he is settling in very nicely thanks to the kind and competent staff. Would recommend it to anyone.

My mother has been at Mill Creek for a few weeks now and I am very optimistic about her care here going forward. Whenever I reach out to Laronda she makes sure our concerns and questions are addressed and validated. She really goes the extra mile to make sure my mother’s okay. I don’t know what I would do without Laronda! So far everyone seems friendly and takes care of momma. I hope my mom continues to feel good about her environment and our relationship with Mill Creek only grows more positive going forward.
