I just spent five months working with this company to send information to the insurance company and they have yet to do so. All I get is the run-around. No wonder this company has a low rating. The therapist have beed great, just not the office cooperation.

I have never used this company but I would not want to when their drivers turn unsafely on red (left not right) and dangerously maneuver through traffic at high speeds.

Sierra is the best PT for my patient. My client is very stubborn but Sierra has the touch to make her want to do the exercises. She is excellent with older clientele!

Nurse pulls up and sits in my yard for at least 20-30 minutes before coming to the door. Nurse is very rude to everyone in the house. Very unprofessional in her attitude and the way she talks down to the caregiver of the patient. The caregiver has Firefighter and Medical training. This happens every time she comes. Also today as soon as she came in the first thing out her mouth was she need the restroom. Wow

This service seems useless. They show up, sit in the car for about 10-15 minutes, come in for MAYBE 10 minutes, take BP and temp, ask if there have been any changes in your health or prescriptions. Then they say good to see you and leave. Very cold and indifferent, seems mad at the world, obviously hates her job as an LPN, said her boss an RN would be coming next time and on that visit noone showed up or called to reschedule. They sure are billing the insurance company though. Would not recommend.
