My mom lives at Lakeview Nursing Center, and we’ve seen a lot of positive changes over the past few years. The building looks better, feels cleaner, and much more welcoming. The staff have always been kind to her and truly seem to care about the residents. It’s been really encouraging to see how much the facility has improved.

Great communication about everything with my mom. Couldn’t ask for better people to care for mom and treat her with respect and compassion. Would give more than 5 starts if I could!! Thank you Lakeview.

This is a horrible place to leave someone you care about! As soon as you walk in the whole place smells like urine! The floors are sticky and dirty! The staff was not professional or compassionate to say the least!

A horrible place to leave a loved one...even worse when you have no control over the decision. My grandmother is here and suffers from Alzheimers. Today, before getting back on the road we decided to go see her one more time. It's night time though. When we walked in her room, my grandmother was hunched over her bed, gasping for air and oxygen mask was no longer on her face. We went to go help her and position her immediately. When we told the nurse, Kerry (a woman), she was so nonchalant and said "oh she does that all the time"...are you kidding me? My grandmother is in HOSPICE! There is no quality of life in this space. Had we not came back tonight, I guarantee we would have received a call that she died. She was barely breathing! The negligence and lack of urgency is unacceptable and heartbreaking.

My dad was there for about 1 month. The food looked nasty. The floors was always sticky and filty. Went on several occasions and the toilet always had urine and poop. Never flushed or sanitized. I had my dad removed from there. I wouldn't even bring my dog there.
