I would just like to say that I had lived out here for 4 years and we've had some wonderful managers except for the ones that we have now all because I made a complaint to HUD about elevators being down for a couple of days and I am in a wheelchair on third floor I have been harassed they actually came by and failed me on inspection which I have never felt the entire time I have lived here but ever since my complaint I have been harassed it seems like on a daily basis they came yesterday they came back again today I don't know what else to do I mean I don't even cook I have one of the cleanest apartments out here I've been told by several managers yet they're saying that I felt inspection because of an unclean and unsafe living condition which I'm not sure what that is but I will be calling her back again I don't think it's right that you should be able to exploit or bully seniors just because you've got a little power of management will be hearing from me soon sincerely Catherine Gonzalez

I rate it 5 star because they do care for their tenants. I say 5 star because they are affordable as well for people who have low income. Seniors live there that's another reason for 5 stars it give our seniors a place to live.

Just didn't care for the small size for a two bedroom and have no desire to live in Gulfport It became obvious to me on the bus ride out there you need a car to navigate around in that town It's all spread out

Managment very nice. Quiet place. Apartment's have been remodeled and are beautiful. Would be a very nice place to live

Went there to visit a friend. Every tenant I met was very nice and pleasant to speak with. In addition, the entire place was very clean.
