My aunt who has lived here for years said a new girl who works in the kitchen has been so sweet to her and should be employee of the month. Her name is amy/aimy/aimee, she is described as a little young Mexican girl . My aunt is very iffy about people and usually always complains about food and servers but for the past couple days all she’s been talking about is that there has been no kitchen server who has had such a bright personality and persona like amy/amiee does. Amy/amiee goes above and beyond for residents and works so hard to keep them happy. Amy/aime/aimy is described as a talkative young adult who is very dedicated to work and loves people. I appreciate her for making my aunt feel safe at home.

The staff genuinely cares for my dad like he was their own family. I am comforted knowing he is in good hands. My mom recently passed away after a long illness and the entire staff has been there for my dad, actually our entire family, every step of the way. We wish to thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

I am so grateful for Vista Pointe at Mira Loma. The incredible patience and kindness they show every day means the world to me. Memory care brings unique challenges, but this team's ability to meet residents with calm, steady grace never went unnoticed. We are also deeply grateful for their constant communication. Navigating this chapter can be overwhelming, but their updates, transparency, and willingness to keep us in the loop gave our family immense peace of mind. I’ve toured this place and honestly it nice in the front lobby but once u start walking around the place look old and run down, very smelly, big facility, checked out the memory care unit and geezzz even worse kitchen area look horrible living room unpleasant, staff sitting around no type of interaction with the resident sad place seem like management doesn’t know what going on definitely wouldn’t bring my loved one here….
