When my mom passed away, my dad was in a 3 bedroom house alone. He was taking falls on a regular basis, It was time for dad to move, not into assisted living but independent living. I stopped by and was immediately impressed! Wendy Basil immediately impressed me. This was definitely the place my dad needed to be. I had looked into 2 other places but never visited them. I took my dad on a tour and he was sold immediately as well.<br>He is monitored for falls, he is given 3 meals a day, a 24 hour pantry is available, 24 hour ice cream and the managers, Tylyn and Tad Weight are a hands on management team. They run an amazing facility.<br>There are several activities, a great activities schedule m, bus for appointments (all included in the rate) and a beautiful pool, putting green and the views of the mountains and strip are fantastic.<br>This was definitely the place for my dad, love the staff, definitely quality employees! Best of all, relatives and friends are welcome to join any meal for a very reasonable fee.<br><br>Update: My dad had a medical issue pop up on Tuesday, July 7, I went to check on him and approached Tad to accompany me as I had no idea what to expect. Without hesitation, Tad joined me and assisted me in getting my dad ready to leave for the ER. This is the reason I speak so highly of Vista Park, they really do care! Compassionate workers fill this building and it starts at the top!
