If you’re relative has Alzheimer’s do not take them there. They are left to eat by themselves with no assistance, no one cuts their food for them or opens containers. I have witnessed Alzheimer’s patients asked for a drink and be told no they can wait for supper which is 45 to an hour later. My uncle had two colonoscopies he tried to go through, but because the prep wasn’t done correctly he could not complete them . , no one was there to make sure he did his prep correctly. His room was dirty, witnessed a pillow lay under his bed for a month. Hardly any staff to work. Needless to say my uncle was there just long enough for me to witness what goes on . I brought him home with me.

I was in today to see a former patient of mine and I have never been to a more filthy facility! I walked in and was shown to where he was “supposed” to be which he wasn’t, he was in his room(they weren’t aware) upon walking in, I realize he had no bed linens on his bed. He was laying on a plastic medical bed mattress with only a pillow. The place smelled of urine. The furniture was all stained up and dusty. The hallway were filled with garbage cans and biohazard bags full to the top overflowing walking past patient rooms where they are stark naked. I wouldn’t let my worse enemy live here! Absolutely deplorable conditions. I understand places are short-staffed, but there’s no reason to have people sitting on their butts or standing by a med cart doing nothing when that place is in the condition that it’s in.

This facility is dirty and has a, mostly, neglectful staff. My family members room has visible dirt and dust piled up in the room. Though swept daily, the dirt is pushed into corners and never cleaned. The chairs in the room are stained. The light on the night stand has not had a bulb for 2 weeks. They sat on a bedpan for 2 hours without a response from his call light being on. They were never once bathed or showered, or given the option for a body wash, in 2 weeks. The room parallels a cell. I highly discourage anyone sending their loved ones here.

I visited this nursing home a few weekends ago and I have to say it was one of the cleaner homes I have visited, staff was very welcoming and helped with everything I needed very quickly. The residents that I visited were very happy and their rooms were clean! Normally I walk into a nursing home and I can smell urine, there were no awful smells in this building! I would gladly go visit again!

Absolutely horrible experience for my family and for my mom. No help from the staff - call light would remain on for hours with no response. My mom is a huge fall risk and had to get up alone, use the restroom alone, get dressed alone- NO HELP!! No update on status, condition or changes. After my first issue the administrator Joe reached out to me, but after that initial time he never returned my calls or messages. I called on a Friday night because my mom wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t get any help- the phone just rang and rang- I tried for over an hour with no answer! Her room was very dirty and no clean bedding in 4 days! I would never recommend this rehab! I can only imagine what some of the other patients are going through that have no one to advocate for them! Very sad!! They don’t even deserve one star!
