Intake was smooth mom is currently there seems clean residents up moving about some outside they can see their pets generally i think so far people seemed happy i let you know more as the stay continues we chose them verses the county we live in so that should be a clue

I was a patient for a week and a half. The food was terrible never saw anyone until the 4th day to see what I could and could not eat and was still served food I could not eat. It took over 2 hours to get a glass of ice water if they ever came back at all . I tried to speak with the case worker and it took 2 days and me walking to her office I was just getting my legs back after being paralyzed in a car accident. And had several people brush me off when I tried to ask questions. Including the nurse practitioner. I would not send anyone here it was horrible the place smelled like poop when you came in. Physical therapy was good but only allowed 15 minutes a day which didn't accomplish much.

Fiancé is here now for rehab! They do NOT answer call lights in a timely manner. 2 hours is NOT acceptable!!! He told me he was waiting for ice water for well over an hour before I got there and I was there over an hour before I went asking where I could get ice!! Bull crap!! State will be getting called tomorrow

Conference room is always full of higher-ups having meetings, when the hallways are understaffed and every call light is on, with people screaming for help. I know these places are all pretty bad, but most of the staff here don’t even try to hide that they hate their job. My mother has been in 5 different facilities, and this one is the worst. Sometimes I seriously believe they’re trying to kill people. There are some compassionate employees, but morale seems very low.
