Belinda has been a wonderful caregiver for Ray. She is always on time and takes her job seriously. She also helps me with tasks around the home. She is a very kind person and dedicated to her responsibilities. She never refuses a task you ask of her. She follows Ray around and looks for him when he is out of her sight.Always asks if there is anything she can do for us. I think she has deserved the five stars I gave her. Romana is also a wonderful person who cares about her clients. Calls and asks how things are going. Visiting Angels is the first agency we are aquatinted with and we are very pleased with them. We have been blessed to have Visiting Angels in our lives to help care for our mother, who is over 100 years old. LaReina is just one of the Angels who comes to our house Mon thru Fri. She is kind, pleasant, and her job is to assist and help in any way mom needs help. We can rely on her to be on time, and she jumps right in to do whatever needs done.

I booked ahead for Monday June 8, from 5:30 to 9:00. Planning on attending my grand daughter’s last musical performance at YVC. 5:30 came, no one. Got busy with my wife, noticed it was 6:15, panicked, I called the office. The gal who was supposed to come had an emergency and did not inform anyone that she was not going to be heading to my place. This one was a no show, my first time using VA the gal was 1,5 hours late. Booked 3 times with them. First time late, present, no show. Real life experience. Hope you have a better one.

My mother has had Visiting Angels for about a year. We couldn’t be more pleased with them. They are flexible, professional, patient and kind. Teresa is my mom’s favorite! She has helped her organize her closet, fixes her meals, cleans her living quarters and helps her shower. Visiting Angels has been very easy to work with coordinating a schedule that works for me. My husband's caregiver Savanah visits a couple of afternoons each week to provide him with company and assist him with taking a walk and other activities. She is a delight to have in our home and he looks forward to her visits. She does an excellent job of motivating him to engage in conversation and to be more active than he would if home alone. She has also given me ideas on how to interact with him to keep him safe and happy as his dementia progresses.
