I was very impressed with the care visiting angels showed my mom. From being thorough and accommodating during the intake to the individuals who cared for my mom was nothing short of professional. The care givers who visited we're willing to do whatever it took to make my mom comfortable. I would recommend visiting angels to any and everyone who needs this care.

I would highly recommend Visiting Angels of St. Charles. All of the caregivers were very kind, helpful & respectful. Lori was with my mom during some difficult times & was great. Communication was easy & they responded quickly to calls & questions we had. Georgine would sometimes check on my mom & the caregivers or just call to see how things were going. Janice was also very accommodating with schedules.

The care givers at Visiting Angels are the very best. Especially Laura, she went the extra mile For Mike. She sat with him, she cared about him and she took excellent care of him. She was the very best I could’ve ask for. The office staff is so helpful. They did whatever I needed of them even on short notice they did everything to make sure someone would be here. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough but THANK YOU for all you did for us when we needed you most. Lyna

Visiting Angels were just that for my father. The care and love they provide my dad were a true blessing for our whole family. They were always on time, greeted my dad with a smile and took great care of him. If you are looking for a company that will take loving care of your family please contact them. I simply cannot highly recommend Visiting Angels enough! Our experience with this company, and our caregiver, Sheila, was absolutely above and beyond every expectation. Every staff member was beyond kind, caring, and compassionate. We signed up for the service mostly for transportation for my mom who had a stroke and can no longer drive. I had no idea how much more than just “transportation” this company would be! The physical, mental, and emotional support they provided my mom raised her spirits, and gave her so much more than she, and we all knew she (and we!) needed. We used them one day a week, and she looked forward to that day every single week. The consistency and companionship was so good for her mental health, and her spirit! Her caregiver Sheila was truly an angel that came from above! Sheila’s passion for her job and helping others was beyond what we could have ever dreamed of! My mom felt immediately like Sheila was a friend or family member she had known forever. There just aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Sheila is! The consistency, kindness, excellent and quick communication, and gentle care from this entire company- and Sheila- was everything our family needed and SO much more! I cannot recommend Visiting Angels enough- it is truly an answer to many prayers! Thank you to the incredible Sheila, and most wonderful office staff at Visiting Angels! I would give more stars if I could!
