Our Visiting Angel, Francis, saved the day! She was able to recognize that my mother was being scammed and notified the family. Francis also helps our mother with her shopping and errands. Thank you Francis and Visiting Angels.

Very disappointed JULIE lied about sending a caregiver to my client and never returned a phone call the day of expecting help no caregiver ever showed up… no call/ no show. It’s highly unprofessional and neglectful to have a loved one without care when you’re expecting someone to show up and don’t have the respect to communicate properly when you assured us someone would always show up. Thank you JULIE for not keeping your word. Rather be/have a “overbearing” caregiver than not have someone keep their word and show up for a client in need.

I have been working for Visiting Angels for about a month now and have had an amazing experience. My boss Julie has been extremely helpful and accommodating for not only my schedule, but pairing me with clients that I’m able to work well with. I am very grateful to have found such an awesome company to work for as I continue to move forward with this job. I have always enjoyed caregiving as it is highly rewarding, and visiting angels has shown appreciation to all their staff. Although I work for this company, I’ve always felt that the relationship goes both ways. The encouragement, growth opportunities, and appreciation I received here show that this organization truly values its people.

Just a thank you for more than 3 years of great service. We truly don't know what we would do without Genis. She is a bright shining "angel" that has enhanced our lives. She has kept us out of having to go to an assisted living situation. We are so grateful for her dedication and service. We also appreciate Susan and the other staff for being there when we need you.
