The absolute worst experience ever. Ridiculously overpriced for the services that they claim to provide. As unprofessional as they come. Beware before trusting them with your loved ones. I would give negative stars if that were an option. I work in a very busy public place based around hospitality. I’ll be sure to share this with anyone and everyone I can.

Horrible experience from day 1. Instead of presenting a caring attitude, all we encountered was aggressive marketing policies. They have more fees and rules than other organizations. The owner conducted the patient assessment but they were unable to supply caregivers able to care for the needs of the patient. Meanwhile, we had paid $ 150.00 paper work fee which no other organization charged. And we were unable to change the care givers schedule for 7 days in advance. Also, 5 days longer than other organizations. We paid a higher rate for a weekend care giver since we had not met the weekly minimum which was because the first day they were able to provide care was a Thursday not a Monday.

Visiting Angels is a good service to help people needing limited non-medical assistance stay in their home. Most of their caregivers are very compassionate and helpful. The negatives with the service stem mostly from the difficulty they seem to have attracting enough caregivers. My father has an average of 4 different caregivers each week. This is certainly not ideal during the Covid epidemic. Also, there have been two times in the past 6 months when they have been unable to fill a day and only notified me when it was too late to make other plans, e.g telling me on Friday that no caregivers were available for Sunday.

The caregivers that are assigned to my uncle, have all gone above and beyond for their exceptional caregiving services. I never worry one bit when I am not there. They all love and care for us both, as we do for them. Also, these exceptional women are the people they are today because of their WONDERFUL, TALENTED, TRULY SKILLED manager, Melissa. I can't thank you all enough. I look forward to continuing with your services. With much appreciation, Maria and Peter

Visiting Angels in Laconia, NH has been an amazing experience for us. Our mom recently had a stroke which left her with several disabilities. Visiting Angels stepped in quickly to assist my parents adjust to being back at home and assisting with getting used to the "new" every day life. Melissa helped organize us and Anne was our amazing, amazing aid!! The response time, encouragement, guiding advice as well as quick action was incredible!! We could not have gotten through these past couple of months without these ladies!! Thank you is not nearly enough for all you have done for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
