I had to find a home care agency that my husband‘s long-term care insurance would pay for. I tried one company and was very disappointed when a few times the scheduled people didn’t show up and I had to cancel appointments. Visiting Angels Has been different! They are more professional and have not once canceled on me. They pay their employees more than the agency average and from doing research that makes the biggest difference in quality care. I am pleased to have many of the same men come each week. I would definitely recommend Visiting Angels of Charlotte to anyone who needed care for their loved one.

I can’t praise the Visiting Angels administration, nurse, and companion/caregivers enough!!! They really came through on short notice when Daddy needed someone around 24/7. Our first “Angel” was Chris, and talk about an impressive young man! Our entire family really appreciated his kindness and caring. And ALL the companions were just as caring and helpful. As were the stellar admin team that can make things happen. They were always quick to respond anytime we needed anything!

Wanted to share how much Visiting Angels has meant to my mom. We have used them now for several years and knowing that they are there caring for my mom has been wonderful. Our specific angel, Michelle R., has been such a blessing. Not only is she kind and helpful, but she genuinely cares for my mom. She treats my mom like family and that means so much to me.
