Visiting Angels were amazing with our loved one. We used them during the day. Indera, Elma, Connie and Dolores were so warm, caring and kind. They were all so compassionate towards our loved one and also were so kind to us. I highly recommend them.

Our family has the highest praise for Visiting Angels. For several years, the Angels have provided excellent care that means more than we can say for our elderly mother Jean. Jean and the family are thankful for the personal attention that goes beyond amenities offered at her assisted living facility. A Visiting Angel first came to Jean after she had been in the hospital, and during a transition period, the service was so appreciated that we are fortunate to have continued to receive it. The caregivers compassionately help Jean to maintain good health as her needs have increased. The aides assist with her daily care. They give support to enable her mobility. They comfort her in sickness, and their dedication during the COVID-19 pandemic was exemplary, exceeding any usual expectation, at what was an extremely difficult time for everyone. The aides are conscientious seeing Jean through the essential tasks in her daily routines. Close care includes bringing nutritious meals from the facility kitchen, making delicious and healthful snacks with fresh fruits, handling the laundry, and keeping the apartment neat and clean. With caregivers by her side, Jean stays active and engaged because of their reassurance and encouragement that surpasses the call of duty. The aides are constantly in touch with what makes her happy, doing little things that mean much to her, like singing favorite songs with her, reading letters and cards with her, and watching uplifting movies with her. So Jean has come to see the aides not only as helpers but also as friends. The individual Angels are special in their devotion. Jean’s principal helper, Cynthia, has become practically indispensable. We have trusted her as we would rely on a member of the family. We value her good sense, utmost integrity, and faithfulness. It is remarkable how her smart advice and kindhearted actions relate to Jean’s feelings, as well as respond to the family’s regular involvement. The team of persons with outstanding qualities and abilities includes Terry, whose enthusiasm in her watchful attention has been edifying. Alma’s expertise has been insightful and instructive. Cecilia’s warmhearted kindness and willingness to oblige is touching. Myrna has been there for Jean as well. And the Director Marilou has overseen the scheduling of the team to provide coverage and to accommodate Jean’s requests. Cooperatively, they have all been dedicated to Jean’s health and well-being. We are grateful for the many things the Visiting Angels do together to attend to Jean and to watch over her. They go the extra mile to meet her needs and to ensure her wishes. Jean recognizes and expresses thanks for the full worth of all they do for her. We cherish that the Visiting Angels are Jean’s trusted helpers and friends. They truly come to her as benevolent Angels. As Mom keeps saying, they all make up her special team!

We have used Visiting Angels on more than one occasion. When my mother-in-law needed assistance they provided quality and responsive care on and off for well over a year. When my husband entered into hospice we used them for 24/7 care and were very satisfied with the skill and compassion shown by their aides. When my friend's wife entered into hospice I had no doubts to refer them to her husband who was very pleased with their level of caring and compassion. Their standard of care is excellent, and they were very responsive to any requests or issues that arose. I highly recommend them.
