Parking can be frustrating when visiting, and I think all apartments should have one parking spot rather they drive or not. Also it is hard to get things done in the apartment that needs work.

I had sent my application on March 11 of 2024 when I called today on April 24, 2024 Miss Katress told me that she just placed me on the waiting list & that I should receive a letter in two weeks letting me know about it,(which I still didn’t receive by the way). Unfortunately, she also told me that it would take from 1 year to 6 years of wait for 1 bedroom to be vacant . As of yesterday, June 12 TH, 2024 when I called again to find out about the status of my application, another unidentified lady told me that she would call me back to let me know about the status of it. She never called me back at all. I am very discouraged by the fact that those two ladies tried to keep their jobs by making people believing that they will eventually rent a bedroom, which doesn’t seem to be the case.👎👎 Today as of 12/12/2024, I called this place again. Ms. Katress told me that the waiting time for a studio is 3 to 5 years. I was missed leading when I called in March 2024 Miss Lioda told me that the waiting time would be 3 to 5 years. This office needs to have the proper management employees in order to worked efficiently.
