The Visiting Angels who took care of my Mother last month were great. They were better than most of the nursing staff at the Memory Care facility she was in. They were only supposed to be a companion for her, but they did much more such as tiding her room, putting her laundry away, assisting her with eating, assisting her with dressing, and taking her for walks. Nicole and Gabriella were especially good to my Mother. I would recommend this agency to anyone who needs this type of assistance with care of a loved one.

I met Susanna on Friday, May 1, at my Mother's house. I watched the loving care she gave my Mother on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. She treated my Mother as if she was her own. My Mother suffered great pain, which was ignored by my sister, who had Power of Attorney (POA). The POA was more interested in her power rather than what was best for our Mother. I saw Susanna cry because of the agony my Mother was experiencing due to the lack of the proper amount of morphine allowed. It is my opinion that the POA used Susanne as a tool of her power, which put Susanna in the middle of our dysfunctional family. I saw the strain Susanne was under and worrying about being fired if she didn't march to the orders of the POA. Susanna should be given a medal of honor for the care she bestowed on my Mother and receive a bonus for her having to work in such a terrible environment.

Porcha, Deb C., D. from Pennsburg, a Muslam gal from Phila. I had for 2 days were all great. Val slept all night and left 2 hrs. early. So some were great and some were not...Some on the phone all day.

I’ve recommended Visiting Angels to a few families and they all wished they knew about the support sooner. Lynn and Gallina are the care managers. Their personal touch ensures that the families feel secure with every step of care their caregivers provide. Everyone in the office has a heart of gold.

I am so thankful for Visiting Angels! They do a great job caring for my 90 year old father. Kimmie is so kind and attentive to my father's needs. She listens to all of his stories, takes walks with him, watches TV with him, and helps him with his daily physical therapy routines. My father would not be able to enjoy living with us without Visiting Angels!
