I think you guys are awesome, do a good job. Always understanding and when I called into the office and asked for a certain caregiver you made it happen! You all have helped me a bunch. If it wasn’t for you ladies, I’d be in a nursing home.

My mom (and I) have been using Visiting Angles for about 2 years now. In the beginning, Clarissa, our case manager, came to visit my mom and evaluated what my mom needed at the time to determine the right type of caregiver(s) my mom needed. Clarissa was spot on with the type of caregiver that could connect with my mom and the services (cleaning and talking mostly) needed in the beginning. As time has gone by, my mom's dementia has increased, and her care needs have also increased. Clarissa did a great job at arranging more day to day care for my mom, and the type of care has increased to cooking and shopping for my mom and taking her to doctor's appointments. All of the caregivers have all been polite and respectful of my mom, and my mom has become friends with several of them over the two years. Additionally, one of the caregivers saved my mom's life one morning when she arrived at my mom's house --> that is priceless. My mom's goal is to stay in her home rather than move to a nursing home, and I think Visiting Angels will help her stay at home for as long as possible. Thank you Visiting Angels!
