My name is Joe and I have been living at the Villa Pueblo Senior living facility for almost 8 months my experience while living here is pretty decent the CNAs are really helpful the nurses are extremely helpful you will find one or two CNAs that are not very nice but other than that generally the rest of them are do they have a person who comes in and cleanses my room every other day which is nice I do get three meals a day breakfast lunch dinner I am able to buy my own food which I get through Walmart have delivered that way I do have some food that I like to have as what I call a snack maybe 2:00 in the morning I get hungry so I might want to have a bowl of soup or a sandwich sometimes I can get some tired of donut or maybe some peanut butter crackers to some things I never learned to hold me over till breakfast play you provide sodas they have Coke and if you want to have diet sodas as well Sprite root beer you can get orange juice to drink here you get hot or cold tea weather without sugar put other than that everything is pretty good here if you have any doctor appointments they will help get you dressed add help transport you to the doctor's office normally you'll have a CNA our company you to and from so right now they are in the process of fixing issues in the section where I originally was living they moved me to another room which is a private room and pair to where I was because I had to share a room with another person hands if you're lucky you can get along with that person

I have a family member who lives here and ive visited this place a couple of times and every single time I go the elevator isnt working, the food is bland, it smells like a dump, its always run down somewhere. The fact this place cost so much money is ridiculous, if I was an old person this would be the last place I go to. 3 grand a month for this amount of care is so sad. The care for elderly is non existent here, unless were talking about money. Then the care is top of the line. The only reason im not giving it a 1 star is some of the staff are nice and I think theyre great people. The lady who checks in on my family member is great and does a great job.

Our experience with our mother living at Villa Pueblo has been nothing but the best. The staff is the utmost professional, dedicated, caring, and so very helpful! It is such a nice place. It is so clean. I would rate it five stars. my plan, once I am retired, to set up house on the independent living side. I'm excited for all our future endeavors there at Villa Pueblo. Her mother loves it here!

If I could give them a 0 I would. But for 3g a month, what do you expect? A working elevator, clean ventilated air? We'll now that's takes at least another grand and still no guarantee.<br>Don't even consider getting your deposit back and if ya do- read the contract ,dot your I'm and cross your T's.<br>Capitalizing on the elderly

I stayed in their guest room. They didn't let me know they raised the price from $75 to $120 a night till checkout. They also didn't let me know it included 2 meals a day till I checked out after staying there 3 nights. The studio has no coffee maker, no microwave, one of the towels was so thin you could see through it. It had a full size bed and a roll out cot. For that money you could have a hotel room with a coffee maker and microwave, and 2 queen size beds. It only has one working elevator for a 15 story tall building. So during meal time it can take more than 5 minutes to get crammed in an elevator. Between the lack of communication, amenities, and condition of the building and lack of maintenance, I would not recommend this place.
