My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Evangi the Care Coordinator. She is professional, caring and easily answered the questions we had. If she doesn't have the specific answer, she will get it and respond very quickly. She made us feel very comfortable and confident we were dealing with the right person to help find the right caregiver at Visiting Angels. She recommended Arianna who turned out to be the perfect match to help care for my 90 year old mother in law for 4 hours. She is professional, nice and obviously cares about the people she cares for. She easily put us all at ease. She listened intently to our specific wishes in taking care of mom. She seems to have a very caring instinct in caring for others and it shows. We couldn't be happier and will ask for her again!

Our family will be forever grateful to Visiting Angels in Murrieta for the exceptional care they provided to our dad in his final days. From the very beginning, the caregivers not only cared for him with professionalism and compassion, but they also supported our entire family through such a tender and emotional time. The entire administrative team was amazing and his Care Coordinator Shannon provided us with peace of mind by coordinating everything that was needed. The relationships that developed between our dad and his caregivers were truly beautiful. He especially bonded with Anel — he would wait for her arrival each day, and his smile would light up the room when she walked in. Watching their connection brought so much comfort to our family. She made an incredible difference in his last days. Because of Visiting Angels, our dad passed comfortably, peacefully, and happy. That means more to us than words can express. The meaningful, heartfelt care they provide is something we will never forget. We are deeply thankful for the role they played in giving our dad dignity, comfort, and companionship at the end of his life. The Morrison Family is eternally grateful!

My grandfather is getting great care from visiting angels! Not only are they kind to him but also very intentional with our whole family. Saying hi when they walk in and asking how we are doing. They work hard to complete tasks while being very nurturing at the same time! I will forever be grateful for their care! I also would like to mention that the communication prior to starting their services was exquisite. Everyone in the office listened to our needs and really did deliver!

When my dad came home on hospice, our family was facing one of the most tender and overwhelming seasons of our lives. We knew we needed caregiving support, but what we didn’t know was just how much peace and comfort the right team could bring. Choosing Visiting Angels of Murrieta was one of the best decisions we have ever made. From the very first call, the care coordinators, Shannon and Evangi, moved with urgency, compassion, and genuine care. They quickly assembled a team of true “angels” who not only demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism, but also showed deep warmth, kindness, and respect for my dad and our entire family. Their caregivers have provided high-quality care while also offering something just as important: comfort, reassurance, and a sense that we are not alone in this journey. They engage with our family, bring calm into our home, and allow us to simply be present with my dad during this sacred time. I honestly don’t know how we would have navigated this without Visiting Angels. They have been a blessing in every sense of the word, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any family seeking compassionate, dignified in-home care for a loved one.

Due to health issues, my brother was in a position to need some assistance a few days each week. When I contacted Visiting Angels--Murrieta, their director, Greg, met with me personally at my brother's apartment to discuss his situation and individual needs. Greg immediately put us at ease and gave us confidence that Visiting Angels would be of great benefit and he was correct. The Angels were very kind and flexible to my brother's needs and they quickly helped him to get "back on his feet." Currently, my brother is back on his own and knowing that if he needs assistance again in the future, the Angels will be there for him. Thank you sincerely to Greg and his Visiting Angels--Murrieta team. Very highly recommend.
