I cannot recommend Vineyard Place enough! I have experience with two facilities now, and Vineyard Place is one of the great ones. My loved one is being so well taken care of here, and I am so grateful. This was sadly not the case in her previous facility. My sister is high maintenance, so no easy task. But here, she gets wonderful attention, all the staff really seem to care and actually like working here. She’s included in their activities (the other facility kept her in bed most of the day), and they even have a system that tells you what activities your loved one participated in. Plus they have a great safety fall system. Because they do include her in activities (and actually hydrate and feed her— again last situation a nightmare), I’ve seen a great improvement in her social engagement. She’s so happy and thriving here! It’s not a huge place and I think that makes a difference. In the smaller setting, you get to know the staff, and the staff gets to know you as well— and, of course, good Loved one gets more individualized care and attention as well. Out of all the choices, I hope you place your loved one here. I do not think you will regret it! The lobby may not be as fancy as others, but the amazing care and attention makes the difference. All facilities will tell you the same things; but not all facilities provide such excellent service with heart. ❤️ Thank you VP staff!

I am so blessed to have found Vinyard Place. Our family was exhausted trying on our own at home. I feel a great sense peace knowing they are taking such good care of my father.

I would not recommend this memory care facility to anyone. During our experience, the residents room was consistently not kept clean, despite ongoing concerns being raised. Basic housekeeping standards were not met, which is especially troubling in a memory care environment where residents depend entirely on staff for their well-being. The level of care provided was also very inadequate. Communication was poor, staff to residents ratio was well below what was needed and it often felt like residents were not receiving the attention and support they deserved. Families place enormous trust in memory care facilities, and unfortunately, this facility did not meet even reasonable expectations. Even staff members mentioned that I was doing the right thing by placing my family member somewhere else. Was sent to the hospital with an outdated medication list and now RN on staff as stated. Basic needs were not met. Overall, our experience was very disappointing, and I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider other options before choosing this facility.

When it comes to care of a loved one there is no greater gift than peace of mind. That is what Vineyard Memory Care offers me and my family. My peace of mind when it comes to my mother’s care. Anyone who has a family member living with Dementia knows that the disease is not linear or monotonous. It presents in each person differently and Vineyards low turn over staff and team has really taken the time to get to know my mother’s ever changing attitudes and behaviors to give truly personalized customized care. Thanks to her care team, my mother is living with not suffering from dementia. She is in a loving supportive environment with plenty of activities to keep her engaged and active. I’m not a local by any means. As the celebrity makeup artist for all your top A-list favorites I am always on the road. I go to several countries a month. I know care and the best care I’ve found for my mother is in Murrieta at Vineyard. I hold many titles, Beauty Editor, Beauty Ambassador…but the greatest of them all is Daughter. I’m so happy to have found Vineyard Memory Care. It truly takes a village and the fantastic team at Vineyard are my community.

Sandra, Housekeeping is an amazing worker, person and presence at Vineyard Place. She does an amazing job and goes above and beyond every minute of the day. Her smile and personality sparkles. She radiates a positive attitude and energy always. She is an important part of an amazing team!!
