This post is in response to the negative review posted by Holly Desmarais. As the owner of Visiting Angels of Milford ,I try to ensure that all calls received by Visiting Angels are responded to with the utmost courtesy. On the day I received Ms. Desmarais' call ,the person who normally answers the phone in my office had called out sick.I had transferred my office phone to my cell phone and was driving to visit a client. I was on the turnpike at the time and did not want to be on the phone for an extended period of time,due to safety concerns. As a small business, we receive a high number of unsolicited sales calls. Ms Desmaris apparently works for a paving company ,I have no need of any paving and had not requested they call me. Ms Demaris did ask to be transferred,and i attempted to explain to her that I was the person to speak to, and that I didn't require her services. Ms Desmaris again requested I transfer her ,I again attempted to explain to her that I did not require her services. Ms Demaris again began to ask to speak to someone else .At that time the phone cut out ,I assume i hit a dead spot in tower coverage.
