When our daughter, Cierra became incapacitated due to a herniated disc in her back and we, as her parents, couldn't be there to help take care of her, Dale, Atira and the Visiting Angels team stepped in to come to our aid. Their compassion, care, and understanding helped keep us calm. Knowing they were highly trained to do this job and look after our daughter and her cat, Giggles. It brought us peace of mind and comfort. We are truly indebted to them. We know that if our daughter's situation changes, they will step right in to fill in the gap and look after her. This service is for anyone who needs help doing the simplest, regular tasks, companionship or just someone who can let you know that everything is going to be alright. Thank you to the entire staff! Dale and his excellent team at Visiting Angels provide excellent service. Each person who has helped care for my Mom, as well as when I had back surgery, has just been lovely, exceptional, and so compassionate. I am beyond grateful for Visiting Angels!

Visiting angels midtown have been so much help to my husband in need and me as his wife with help caring for physical assistance and socialization in days of isolation. Always gentle and encouraging. Trust worthy help gave freedom and rncouragrment in our situation Thank you ! A special “thank you” to Josiah for his encouragement when Oral could see it. Oral always looked forward to his time even thru all the exercises. The discussions he felt alive to use his thought processes. My mother suffered from a stroke that left her weak and semi-paralyzed her left side. Fur about a year, Visiting Angels caregivers gave my family some reprieve and allowed us some time to adjust and try to get back to a new sense of normalcy. The ladies at the front were super sweet and quick to alert me of any changes through text or call. Kudos to Karla, Sabrina, and Asia for providing excellent customer service! They also have an app which I like to communicate with the caregivers and they give summaries of the day. We went through a handful of caregivers until a couple finally stuck. Shelia was great, always on time , attentive, and consistent with my mom’s stretch routine. I never met Tiffany in person but mom and my sister spoke highly of her. She made mom feel comfortable and had meaning conversations with mom. She was also particularly clean. An honorable mention is Bianca. Although she only came a few times, she was kind and a great cook and mom had asked when she would came back. Some family members have stepped to assist with care for mom so we no longer needed caregivers but we are very grateful for Visiting Angels Services and would recommend them to anyone who needs some help with their loved ones.
