My mother was declining with dementia, and we asked for assistance from Visiting Angles and we truly got an ANGEL in Laurie. She was a huge comfort for my mother but also for our family. Laurie went above and beyond the call of duty and it was like she had a 6th sense when my mother needed some extra love and laughter. We appreciate and so grateful to Laurie in all that she did for us while she was with our family for over 6 months. She also gave us guidance from her experience as we navigated through this difficult time. We have nothing but praise for Laurie and were sad to see her go when we placed my mother into a facility. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU Laurie and the Visiting Angels organization. I would recommend them 100% if you need some assistance for a loved one. They were always available to meet our needs. Thank you!!

I would give 6 stars if I could. From the initial Phone call to the care my mom is receiving is outstanding. Kerry has been nothing but truly wonderful. . If you have a loved one in need of care, please consider calling visiting angels.

Wonderful group of caring angels; professional, caring, friendly, there for you and your loved one with a phone call. They are friends also, who make days with a senior in need, comfy, cozy, and caring. Exactly what we needed for our sister living alone, and also after she went into assisted living. Leominster is fortunate to have this outstanding organization/ business for seniors.

We would highly recommend Visiting Angels Senior Home Care to any family looking for a caregiver. The company management is professional, pleasant, and responsive, and they aim to match each family with the proper caregiver for their needs. My mom's caregiver has been with her for 6 months and she's exceptional. She's always warm, accommodating, cheerful, and punctual and gives my mom exactly the care she needs while helping us with light housework. We're so fortunate to have found Visiting Angels and the caregiver that we have.

I want to thank Laurie, the Visiting Angel that comes to care for my mother, Bernadette! Laurie has been helping to keep my Mom's home organized and cleaned since September of 2022! Laurie has brought such joy and positive energy into the home... plus her work ethic is truly amazing and dependable. Together my mom and I want to share our deepest Thanks for having this organization out there... and to share our appreciation for Laurie, who truly is an Angel. Attached is a photo from Halloween 2025 (this year) when Laurie came to work dressed as a big cat and brought a big smile to my Mom's face plus some holiday cheer.
