I’m extremely satisfied with my caregivers from Visiting Angels. Their staff coordinators were also very helpful. They delivered excellent service just as promised. It was easy to set up and schedule my home helpers to help me to recover. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels.

Our family recently used Visiting Angels to provide us with much needed respite care. We were very satisfied with the entire experience. After my initial inquiry I was contacted promptly. A meeting was set up with the care coordinator to better understand my mother's needs and living environment. There was never any pressure to commit and no "contract" to sign - just a care agreement. We felt more confident knowing that the Visiting Angels caregivers are background-checked, registered with the state of CA, fingerprinted and employees of the agency. I was especially concerned that my mother would be safe, clean and cared for as a the special person that she is. Every single caregiver who covered the two week period was kind, gentle, thoughtful, professional and conscientious. Daily records were kept for my review and the care coordinator and scheduling administrator went out of their way to provide coverage for a difficult holiday period. I highly recommend and look forward to using Visiting Angels again.

My wife and I had not been able to go on vacation for two years as we could not leave my elderly mother by herself for more than a day. Then we discovered Visiting Angels who has a service where someone would come by and take care of her needs everyday. My mom is not very sociable but she really liked Kiana who did a fantastic job. When we returned, my mother was in a great mood and very healthy. We were very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

My sisters and I are extremely pleased with the compassion and professionalism of the Visiting Angels care team for our aging parents. The caregiver and care manager team are patient, kind, attentive, reliable, knowledgeable and respectful. The service has been the bridge we needed and has given us more peace of mind. Knowing communication and trust are critical, the care team has kept us informed, fostered trust and transparency, and been readily available addressing any questions or concerns. We are truly grateful.

Visiting Angels saved my life! They allowed me to safely and comfortably transition home after having had major surgery. They drove me home from the hospital, then were so gracious as to go back to the hospital to retrieve my cell phone, which I had left behind. They carefully surveyed my apartment for potential hazards and helped me make changes that would ensure my safety. I cannot say enough good things about my caregivers. They were competent and caring and gracious. I sought out care from Visiting Angels because my mother was so happy with them when she used their services. I can only give Visiting Angels my highest recommendation.
